Two long-time friends founded OfficeSupplyEtc.com in 2008 following a lengthy conversation about the future of purchasing in America. Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your OfficeSupplyEtc.com
purchase, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging
(together with all accessories and manuals) with your original sales receipt,
Email confirmation and/or packing slip (“Original Receipt”) within 30 days of
the date of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item, or return your
money, subject to manufacturer and/or OfficeSupplyEtc.com restrictions.
OfficeSupplyEtc.com reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may
request customer identification as a condition of your return or exchange.
General Returns Policy:
A restocking fee may apply to returns of any undamaged merchandise with the exception
of merchandise that was erroneously shipped to the customer. Restocking fees are
determined based upon the condition of returned merchandise, the original
freight, and the cost of item pickup. Merchandise that was damaged when received and/or defective merchandise must be reported
within 5 business days. However, if the merchandise was signed for “free and clear” (no noted damage), the merchandise will not be considered damaged.
Erroneously shipped merchandise or a shipment that is missing merchandise must be reported within 5 business days after
delivery or carrier noted delivery. All consumable items are non-returnable and
non-refundable. OfficeSupplyEtc.com will not issue refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that arrived undamaged to customer
and is returned damaged, modified, or altered in any way. Special order items, custom products, and manufacturer direct items
cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.
Furniture and Electronics/Technology Items Returns:
Your original receipt is required for all returns or
exchanges of electronics/technology products and furniture. Not withstanding the above written general
returns policy electronics/technology products and furniture may be returned or
exchanged within 14 days of purchase with original receipt, in original
packaging and with UPC code intact. If product box is opened, we will offer an
exchange only. All electronic/technology products and furniture returns will be inspected and must be 100%
complete with the original box and packing materials, UPC codes on packaging, all product
documentation and parts and accessories.
Non-perishable free items included with a
specific product purchase must be returned as well to receive credit. Restocking fees
for electronic/technology products and furniture will be in a minimum amount equal to of 15% of the
original price of the returned item. This policy applies to all electronics/technology products and furniture including,
without limitation: Computer hardware, networking, monitors, cameras,
camcorders, projectors, GPS, PDA’s, printers, copiers, multifunction/fax
machines, shredders, telephones, wireless technology, MP3s, TVs, DVD Players,
media, hard drives, peripherals, accessories and software, and accessories for all of the aforementioned products.
Opened laser or inkjet
printers and / or fax machines may be exchanged within 30 days of your product's
shipping date for the same item only. Please remember to back up all of your data before installing any new
software, hardware or peripherals.
OfficeSupplyEtc.com is not responsible for any lost
data and does not guarantee compatability of any product with customer's existing technology systems. Please remove all personal data from returned/exchanged product; any electronics/technology product that is returned with personal data of purchaser included will be considered damaged.
OfficeSupplyEtc.com is not responsible for any personal data left in or on a
returned/exchanged product. Furniture that is undamaged/unaltered, unassembled, in original
packaging, with Original Receipt and with UPC code intact may be returned within
14 days of purchase.

5. Please advise us as to whether you would like your merchandise reshipped or credit posted to your account.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number to be issued by our
Customer Service Department via our Customer Service Center. Return
authorization numbers must be written clearly on the outside of all returned
packages (not on manufacturer packaging). All packages returned without return
authorization numbers will be refused and returned to sender and the sender will
be liable for all freight.
Please allow 15-25 business days for return
processing and credit postage to your account.
OfficeSupplyEtc.com will provide a
full refund of the original purchase price of the item if it is returned in the
same condition in which it was delivered to customer. Shipping and handling charges will be
deducted for all returns due to customer error.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. OfficeSupplyEtc.com reserves the right at any time after receipt
of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
OfficeSupplyEtc.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order,
without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any
item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (USD) must obtain pre-approval with an
acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance
department. We may require additional verifications or information before
accepting any order. OfficeSupplyEtc.com is a reseller to end user customers and
does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers
who intend to resell the products offered by OfficeSupplyEtc.com.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product
information received from our suppliers, OfficeSupplyEtc.com shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall OfficeSupplyEtc.com or any of its subsidiaries or
affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential
damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business
or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may

PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our
Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method
is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has
passed the review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our
warehouse for shipment.
Please note, credit card
processing can take up to 3 business days (depending on the accuracy of the
information given to us by the customer). Further, for security reasons, voice
confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible
from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout
the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not
be shipped until the backordered inventoryhas been received and processed in one of our
warehouses.
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time required for OfficeSupplyEtc.com to receive payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from
the carrier.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS
An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold
against your banks credit card spending limit. When the goods are shipped, a
charge for the total amount of the order shipped will be sent to your credit
card bank. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is
received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an
authorization is not a transfer of funds.
NOTE- We do not charge your credit or debit card until
your order is shipped, however we do attempt to get an authorization on your
card for the amount of your order at the time your order is placed. This
authorization is not a charge but still may utilize a portion of your credit
limit or available funds making those funds or portion of your credit limit
unavailable for other use. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or
cancelled the authorization will expire and your credit limit or available funds
will again become available for use. The amount of time it takes for an
authorization to expire is dependent on the policies of the bank that issued
your card and ranges from 1 to 7 business days.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

the arbitration award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in a court
having competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be
broadly interpreted and covers all controversies, disputes, claims arising out
of or relating to your purchase including, but not limited to contract claims, tort
claims and statutory claims, or any combination of claims. We agree that the
arbitration or small claim proceeding will take place in Forsyth County,
North Carolina.
We agree that the American Arbitration Association shall administer the
arbitration, and that the American Arbitration Association's Commercial
Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures and Consumer Related Disputes
Supplementary Procedures, if applicable, shall apply. These Arbitration Rules
may be found on the American Arbitration Association's web site at www.adr.org.
You and OfficeSupplyEtc.com agree that the Arbitration Award maybe taken to a
Court of competent jurisdiction to become an enforceable judgment. You and
OfficeSupplyEtc.com agree that any arbitration under this Agreement will take
place on an individual basis. Class arbitrations and class actions are not
permitted.
This Arbitration Agreement affects you legal rights. Arbitration is
resolved by a neutral party and not a judge or jury. There is less discovery and
less exchange of information between the parties to an arbitration than might
occur in a court proceeding. An arbitration award is final and binding and will
only be overturned or reversed by a court in very limited circumstances. You
agree that, by entering into this Agreement (your purchase from OfficeSupplyEtc.com being your acknowledgement and assent thereto), you and OfficeSupplyEtc.com are
each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action with respect to any dispute relating to your purchase of any product or service from OfficeSupplyEtc.com.
